Meet Hannah Eden
Fitness Professional, HIIT Specialist
“I am so inspired by every realm of fitness. It fascinates me and I am a total nerd when it comes to creating unique workouts and coming up with fresh movements.”
For years, Hannah Eden has worked on her craft as a coach and CrossFit athlete. In 2014, she began competing at an elite level, becoming one of the Top 100 Fittest Women in the Southeast Region of the U.S.
In 2015, she started PumpFit Club—a boutique, upscale facility that hosts group sessions with a unique approach to HIIT training. There, she teaches classes that combine intense cardio and resistance training in strategic time intervals. Her workout expertise ranges from free weight training to olympic lifting, with five different specialized certifications. She also frequently develops content for BodyBuilding.com, Reebok Blog, and Men’s Health.
Hannah likes to think her weird side comes out during her workouts. Her unique training style is a little wild, sometimes inappropriate, and always a good time. She likes to have fun, but she’s also a stickler on good form and technique, while expecting a certain standard of exercise from each of her clients.
