Q: How big is the S22i Studio Cycle?

A: Fully Assembled, the S22i is 55.0″ L X 29.1″ W X 56.9″ H.        

Q: What is the bike’s user weight capacity?

A: The bike’s user weight capacity is 350 lbs. 

Q: Does this bike move? 

A: Yes! The bike has front-mounted transport wheels for easy placement.

Q: What other features come on the S22i Studio Cycle?

A: Other features on the S22i include a 22” Smart HD touchscreen, watts power readout, a 1-Year NordicTrack iFit membership*, auxiliary music port, and two 2” digitally amplified speakers.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Due to the great uncertainty of COVID-19**, we are currently not offering white glove delivery with in-home assembly. Our first priority is the welfare of our customers and associates, so we will continue to remain committed to delivering your equipment purchase to your home as curbside delivery only.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping takes about 7-10 business days, but can take longer depending on conditions and local delivery scheduling. We know you are eager to get your new bike, so we will get it to you ASAP!

Setting Up

Q: How hard is set-up?
iFit – NordicTrack

A: The S22i Studio Cycle has out-of-the-box easy assembly. You will want 2 people for assembly because some of the pieces are quite heavy. We also offer in-home assembly for an additional charge at checkout!

Make sure to abide by your equipment’s user manual for proper setting-up instructions.

Q: What is the warranty?

A: Buy confidently! The S22i Studio Cycle has a 10-Year Frame, 2-Year Parts Warranty, and 1-Year Labor Warranty.

NordicTrack Returns

Q: What if I don’t like the machine?

A: You can return your NordicTrack product within 30 days upon receipt. Returns will be charged a return shipping fee of $250 plus a 10% restocking fee. Because of the size and weight of the NordicTrack product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, misassembly or accidents.

If your product has shipped, even if you have not received your machine, the return shipping and restocking fees above will apply.

IFIT DISCLAIMER: iFit requires an internet connection and wifi to function.  You will be required to provide your credit card information upon sign up for iFit. Your Commitment Period may be month-to-month or twelve (12), eighteen (18), or thirty-six (36) months, depending on your agreement.
