Featured iFit Workout: Heart To Heart Series | NordicTrack Blog

When’s the last time you had a heart to heart conversation? Was it with a loved one, a stranger, or even just with yourself? No matter who it was with or where, we can all agree that having these types of conversations are important and can lead to an impactful transition for us physically and mentally, which is why iFit® has created the Heart To Heart Series.

As your iFit membership is designed to improve your overall health and fitness, it’s no surprise that iFit has incorporated a workout series that digs deeper into our psyche to help us make safe and healthy choices in our lives. Because what we think and do today will affect us tomorrow.

So, let’s begin building the healthier lifestyle you’ve always wanted with one workout and one conversation at a time, starting with a little heart to heart.

Heart To Heart Series On iFit

In this groundbreaking workout series, our iFit trainers open up about their struggles and setbacks while guiding you through moderate exercises. They’ll talk candidly about the mental and physical pain they’ve gone through and how they were able to overcome and become stronger.

Then they’ll share the valuable lessons they learned and provide guidance on how to stay tough in the face of adversity. So, get ready to feel uplifted, inspired, and motivated. We know we sure did!

Heart To Heart: On Healing

Take in the views of Mount Timpanogos with iFit trainer, Ashley Paulson, in the first heart to heart of this series. Ashley will lead you through a hike as she speaks to you about her difficult journey with overcoming an eating disorder.

Heart To Heart: On Finding Meaning

Stroll along the Riverwalk in Downtown Chicago with iFit trainer, Gideon Akande, in this heart to heart. As a child of immigrants, Gideon will open up about his previous struggles with choosing between a “safe” career and one that makes him happy and fulfilled.

Heart To Heart: On Failure

Join iFit trainer, Alex Gregory, at Dartmoor National Park in this heart to heart on failure. While you walk, Alex will describe his long, hard journey to becoming a 2-time Olympic gold medalist, and how he dealt with failure along the way.

Heart To Heart: On Weight

Visit Millcreek Canyon with iFit trainer, Zac Marion, in this last heart to heart on weight. Previously weighing over 200 lbs when he was a football player, Zac will share how a back injury challenged him to rethink his overall lifestyle, especially his mindset towards food.

Conclusion

Now make room to explore these feelings and emotions because they may have a great impact on our overall health in the long term. And remember, health and fitness is more than just physical exercise and diet; it’s a lifestyle and we’re to support you through it all!
