You may be wondering, “What is iFit®?” and “What comes with an iFit membership?” Well, we’re here to answer your iFit questions and make your iFit membership sign-up go as smoothly as possible. 

Here are some of our customers’ frequently asked questions about an iFit membership:

Q: What is iFit, and what do I get with a membership? 

A: iFit is an interactive fitness training platform that delivers beautiful global workouts, high-energy studio classes, and the best personal trainers right to your machine. With every workout, you’ll receive world-class coaching from start to finish in destination locations like Australia, Italy, Bora Bora, Antarctica, and many more.

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: Do I need an iFit membership to use my machine?

A: No, you can still use your machine in manual mode and also run a small selection of onboard workouts. However, you will need a paid membership to access iFit’s full workout library. 

Please note: you will receive a one-year iFit membership with your purchase of a NordicTrack machine, then an auto-payment system will take effect until the membership is canceled.

Q: How do I add a machine to my account?

A: When you sign in to iFit and download your first workout on a new machine, this machine will automatically be added to your account.

Q: How many extra users do I get with my account? Do they have access to all the same iFit features? 

A: With an iFit Family membership, you can add up to four secondary users (five total users) to your account, and each user will have access to all of the same features. However, their login information, workouts, statistics, and exercise goals will be separate from your account and any other secondary account. 

Please note: You will not be able to add secondary users if you have an Individual Plan.

Q: What do I do if I forget my password?

A: Simply click Forgot Password on your iFit login screen, then enter your email address. You’ll get an email in your inbox with instructions to reset your password.

Q: How do I change my password or email address on my iFit account?

A: If you need to change your email address or password for any reason, just follow these four quick steps:

  1. Log in to your iFit account.
  2. Hover over your name in the top, right corner, then click Settings.
  3. Click Settings in the black bar.
  4. Under Account Login, click Change Password. Enter your old password and your new password, then click Submit. To change your email address––which is right below password––click Edit next to your email address, enter your new email, then click Save.

Q: Can I log in to iFit on multiple pieces of equipment at the same time?

A: Yes! You can log in to iFit on as many pieces of equipment as you’d like.

Q: How do I make changes to my membership?

A: Sign in to your account, go to your settings, then make any changes you’d like.

Q: What happens if I miss a workout?

A: If you miss a scheduled workout, it’s set to automatically reschedule. However, you can edit this in your settings. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your iFit account.
  2. Hover over your name in the top, right corner, then click Settings.
  3. Click Settings in the black bar.
  4. Under Calendar next to If I Miss A Workout, check the Skip box if you don’t want missed workouts to automatically reschedule. That means you’ll have to manually reschedule them. Or select Reschedule if you want them to automatically reschedule.
Q: How much does iFit cost?

A: iFit pricing depends on the plan and your preferred billing frequency. Options are:

Individual Monthly: $15/month

Individual Yearly: $180/year

Family Monthly: $39/month

Family Yearly: $396/year 

Q: Am I tied to a contract?

 A: There are no contacts. 

Q: Can I cancel my membership? 

A: Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply sign in to your account, go to your settings, then cancel from there.

IFIT DISCLAIMER: iFit requires an internet connection and Wi-Fi to function. You will be required to provide your credit card information upon sign-up for iFit. Your Commitment Period may be month-to-month or twelve (12), eighteen (18), or thirty-six (36) months, depending on your agreement. Terms shall apply to your iFit use and subscription during your Commitment Period and any subsequent Renewal Term. Unless you cancel your account or notify us at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the expiration of your commitment period that you do not wish to renew your subscription, your iFit subscription will automatically renew for an additional month, one (1) year, or two (2) year period, as applicable, for the same duration as your initial commitment period (“The Renewal Term”), and you authorize us to bill the then-applicable membership fee and any taxes to the payment method we have on record for you.
