As for me, I am so happy to be able to utilize this tool through this rebuilding process. Trying to avoid the pavement as much as possible is key. The best part about today’s run… I got to run in ICELAND! If you have the iFit® program, I highly recommend this workout and the views are gorgeous! The course is made to walk, but I decided to run along the trainer and let me tell you, the hills woke up my glutes!”
