Comments: I am a YMCA fitness director, but do my personal workout at home. No other piece of cardio equipment - and I am exposed to every piece of equipment going and coming - beats my machine. I've had it since the early 1990s. I have recently been restricted from running due to knee and back issues, but the Nordic Track keeps me in peak form. Enhances coordination and balance as well - you just need to take some time to learn how to use it. Worth ALL of the effort, I promise!!!
