What are the standard shipping times?
On average, items ship out of our warehouse within 3-5 business days — unless otherwise posted on the product page.
What are the standard delivery times?
Once your item has been shipped, you should receive it within 2-3 weeks.
What types of delivery are available?
NordicTrack currently offers two delivery options:
Your product(s) will be delivered to the first place out of the weather if possible, the product is not delivered over any point that involves a stair. There is no assembly provided.
White Glove Delivery & Assembly:
Your product(s) will be delivered into any room you choose and assembled by our professional team of White Glove delivery and assembly technicians. All packaging will be hauled away.
Is Professional Assembly available?
Professional assembly is now available in most American cities. Use the search tool at the top of the page to see if your zip code qualifies.
Can I assemble my machine myself?
Yes. Your item comes equipped with detailed assembly instructions. Assembly usually takes 60-to-90 minutes.
Where are the assembly instructions for my machine?
Assembly instructions and assembly videos — where applicable — can be found under “Performance Specs” towards the bottom of each product’s description page on the NordicTrack website.
What is NordicTrack’s return policy?
We stand by our *product and strive to deliver the best for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns will include a return shipping charge of $250, plus a 10% restocking fee. Our ultimate goal is to deliver what you want, and we are willing to work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
*iFIT monthly membership fees are not refundable. iFIT annual membership fees are refundable only if canceled within thirty (30) days of the original purchase or trial date, as provided herein. To cancel your account during such thirty (30)-day period, you may (1) sign in to your account, go to "Settings," click on "Membership plan," click the "Manage my membership" button, click the "Continue to end membership" button, click the "Continue toend membership" button, or call (866) 608-1798 during regular business hours.
