What is the NordicTrack Holiday Shipping Guarantee?
If you purchase an in-stock product, priced $999 or more, from NordicTrack.com between the dates of November 26th, 2022 and December 19th, 2022 with Standard Delivery and the product does not arrive by 11:59pm MST on December 31st, 2022, you may be eligible for a $100 refund.
What products are eligible for the Holiday Shipping Guarantee?
In-stock products that are purchased from NordicTrack.com, priced $999 or more. Purchases must take place between the dates of November 26th, 2022 and December 19th, 2022.
Are NordicTrack products offered through other retailers, whether online or in store, eligible for the Holiday Shipping Guarantee?
No. Only products priced at $999 or more purchased on NordicTrack.com are eligible.
How can I receive my eligible refund?
In order to receive the $100 refund, you must contact NordicTrack Customer Service before 11:59 pm MST on January 6th, 2023 by calling 1-888-308-9616 or by going to my.ifit.com
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed by January 31, 2023 if purchased using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Gift Card. If you financed your purchase through a NordicTrack Financing credit line or a TD Fit Installment Loan, the refund may take longer, depending on your financing agreement.
How will my refund be received?
Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. Gift card purchases will be reimbursed on the gift card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through NordicTrack Financing or TD Fit Loan, refunds will be credited to the outstanding balance.
