Signing up for a virtual appointment with a NordicTrack product specialist is easy, taking just a few short minutes to do. The only requirement for these calls is that you access Google Meet.
Get the Info You Want
Whilst the NordicTrack website offers a wealth of information on our products, you may have unique questions. Speaking with an expert can get you those answers on a live video call. Your appointment will be casual and comfortable and if you want to leave your camera off, that is fine by us.
Meet your fitness goals
We want to help you find the best equipment for your fitness goals. Even better than that, on deciding to purchase with us directly after your appointment, if you decide the product is not right for you upon receipt, we will not charge you the return fees1.
- After your appointment with us, the sales agent will send you a tailored offer, using an automated payment link. This will be personal to you. Post purchase, if you decide that the product is not right for you, we will waiver the return fees. Our current return fees are £125 for product with a per item purchase value of £999 or less, or £175 for products with a per item purchase price of £1,000 or more.
