iFIT’s Customer Review Policy
Updated October 2025 (for use in Netherlands, Spain, UK, France, & Germany)
We value feedback from our customers and encourage you to share your experiences through reviews. This policy (the “Policy”) outlines the guidelines for posting reviews, as well as our moderation and removal policies.
Guidelines for Posting Reviews
- You must base your review on your personal experience with our products or services.
- Positive and negative feedback is welcomed as long as it is constructive and respectful.
- Be civil and considerate. We do not allow offensive or obscene language, personal attacks, or discriminatory comments.
- Keep your review relevant to the product or service you're reviewing.
- Do not include personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
- Avoid mentioning competitors or including external links.
Moderation Policy
- When you submit your review, a member of our team may check your review for clarity, inappropriate content, and compliance with this Policy.
- We may edit your review for clarity or to remove inappropriate content, but the core message will remain unchanged.
- Due to technical limitations, we are not able to contact you as part of the review approval process. However, if you need to contact us about your review after it is posted, email us at reviews@ifit.com.
- We aim to review and approve reviews within 48 hours.
How We Verify that Reviews Are From Real People
- We verify reviews by :
- Sending automatic email review requests to verified purchasers; this way, reviews are tied back to actual users.
- For participants in feedback programs, we provide a special link that marks their review as “incentivized” so consumers know the reviewer received something in exchange for leaving their honest review.
Rules for Removing Reviews
- We reserve the right to remove any review that violates this Policy.
- We may also remove reviews if we deem them fraudulent, irrelevant, or not based on personal experience or a verified purchase.
- We reserve the right to remove any review that we believe undermines the integrity of our review system.
- Your review may be displayed until:
- You request your review be removed by contacting reviews@ifit.com;
- The relevant product or service is no longer offered by iFIT and the corresponding page is removed; or
- It is removed according to this Policy.
Reporting Inappropriate Content
- If you come across a review that you believe violates this Policy, please report it to us at reviews@ifit.com.
- We will review reported content and take appropriate action, such as modifying or removing the review if we deem it necessary.
Updates to This Policy
- This Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these updates.
