As a health and fitness company, we understand the importance of tending to our physical health, as well as our mental health, and the close relationship they have. So, we aim to focus on different health avenues that will help improve our overall lifestyle. In a way to support our members on a deeper level, NordicTrack and iFit® have created a workout series that combines all aspects of a workout called the Motivational HIIT Series.
In this series iFit trainer, Dewayne Montgomery, will guide you through a 6-part workout series––challenging you through workouts that focus on high-intensity interval training while welcoming the power of incline to tend to those who prefer a low-impact workout. Of course, you have the power to workout at your own pace, so adjust your machine to your preferred incline level on your machine’s console, be it more incline or less incline, or simply have your trainer continue with his automatic machine adjustments. It’s your choice!
While the physical demands of the workout will help you to improve your movement and endurance, you will also feel the internal challenge as you dig deeper into your feelings of aspiration and emotional drive––leaving a flame of motivation to fuel the rest of your day.

As you go through the workouts, Dewayne will have you train in some of the most beautiful locations in Sedona, Arizona. Picturesque landscapes, such as Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Devil’s Bridge will display their beauty as you sweat it out. You won’t want to miss this!
