If you have little ones at home like Janene, check out the iFit Mommy and Me Series via your iFit account. Entertain your kids and get them involved with your workout! That way, you’re spending quality time with your children, setting a good example, all the while being sensitive to your own self-being and needs. Working out in French Polynesia is an added bonus, of course!

Facebook®: “Happy Springtime! Just kidding…I wish…I gotta say in the winter, it is so much harder to get myself motivated to run outside. I pretty much come up with every excuse why I shouldn’t train: It’s too cold, it’s too dark, it’s too icy. This is a major reason why I wanted to get the NordicTrack Commercial X32i Treadmill. This treadmill can go up to a 40% incline – simulating the mountains I run outside. And now with this new treadmill – I have no excuses not to train, which is important because I have ultra runs coming up that I need to train for.

Last December I started working with NordicTrack and was given the Commercial X32i with @ifit to test out. It has blown away my expectations of what a treadmill can be. One of my favorite features is the Reflex™ Cushioning – every stride I take is absorbed which makes training so much easier on my knees, and it better simulates real runs! This is coupled with the SMART-Response Motor which can effortlessly take me from 0 – 12 mph and has so much less vibration than I remember on older treadmills. Uhhh…and it has a 32” TOUCH screen. Wow, just wow.”

In a world when my schedule revolves around naps, feedings, laundry, and 💯other things, my workouts on my NordicTrack Fusion CST with my @ifit trainers are my “me time”. And I love that I can get it done at home and run up to take a shower afterward! Or get Oliver if he decides he’s team no-nap!”

Instagram®: “Running after Liam, running errands, running a business, running a home and running late more often than I’d like to admit drains me. Anyone else? I just wanna lay on the couch and binge-watch a show after like 6:00 pm and ignore all responsibilities! BUT that never happens and I gotta keep moving along! I’ve been super mindful of managing my energy – paying attention to things, people and activities that motivate and make me do better – like working out, especially when I’m able to multitask on my @nordictrack bike while answering emails – it’s been my jam lately! And then eliminating things that cause me to feel defeated. Shifting from managing time to managing my energy has been a game-changer and totally helps me FEEL better at the end of the day. You should try it too!”
