Question 1

Do I need an active iFIT Pro subscription to use the Ultra 3?

Accepted Answer

No. The Ultra 3 Reformers work fully in manual mode without a paid subscription, but a free iFIT account is required to activate the machine. An iFIT Pro membership adds trainer-led classes, global workout options, and Smart Spine™ performance tracking for on-screen metrics and guided sessions.
Note: Paid iFIT Pro membership required with equipment purchase and to access content and features. Membership auto-renews unless cancelled in advance. Free iFIT account, agreement to terms, and wi-fi required to operate equipment.

Question 2

What kind of delivery is included?

Accepted Answer

You can choose curbside (standard) or White Glove delivery at checkout.
Curbside (standard): Your Ultra 3 Reformer ships on a pallet through our standard delivery network. The carrier will place it curbside — typically at the end of your driveway. Because of the reformer’s size and weight (200 lbs boxed), you’ll need two people to move it from the curb into your home.
White Glove: A two-person team brings the Ultra 3 Reformer to your room of choice, fully assembles it, connects it to Wi-Fi, and removes and hauls away the packaging.
Accessories: Any accessories ordered with your Ultra 3 Reformer ship separately via UPS or FedEx and will arrive on their own timeline — they won’t be delivered with the reformer.

Question 3

Can I assemble the Ultra 3 myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you choose curbside delivery. The Ultra 3 Reformer requires minimal assembly; plan for about 20–30 minutes to get set up. With White Glove delivery, the team assembles it for you, so no assembly is required.

Question 4

Is the Ultra 3 Reformer HSA/FSA eligible?

Accepted Answer

Customers can use HSA or FSA funds to purchase a reformer, but eligibility depends on your plan and administrator. Some plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) or prior approval — check with your provider, then save your invoice and product documentation for reimbursement.

Question 5

Is the Ultra 1 Reformer HSA/FSA eligible?

Accepted Answer

Question 6

Does the Ultra 3 Reformer come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

It includes a 4-year frame warranty, plus 12 months of coverage on the tablet and on parts and labor, backed by NordicTrack customer support seven days a week.

Question 7

Can I create multiple user profiles on one iFIT account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An iFIT Pro membership supports up to five individual profiles, so each household member keeps separate workout history, goals, and class recommendations. Profiles require an iFIT account; some advanced features require iFIT Pro for each profile.
Note: Paid iFIT Pro membership required with equipment purchase and to access content and features. Membership auto-renews unless cancelled in advance. Free iFIT account, agreement to terms, and wi-fi required to operate equipment.

Question 8

How do I connect a heart rate monitor to the Ultra 3 Reformer?

Accepted Answer

On your Ultra 3 Reformer, go to Workout Settings → Devices → Search for new devices, then select your monitor from the list to pair it. If your monitor doesn't appear, open Troubleshooting on the Devices page.

Question 9

How do I update the software on the Ultra 3 Reformer?

Accepted Answer

Updates install automatically when the Ultra 3 Reformer is connected to Wi-Fi, so no manual steps are needed. Keep your reformer online to get the latest features and security fixes, and check for updates in Settings if desired.

Question 10

How do I clean and maintain the Ultra 3 Reformer?

Accepted Answer

To clean and maintain your Ultra 3 Reformer, wipe down the frame and carriage with a damp cloth after each session. For a deeper clean, use a mild household cleaner diluted in water — never bleach-based products, which can damage equipment surfaces. Clean the touchscreen with dedicated electronic wipes only.

Question 11

Is the Ultra 3 Reformer good for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The included four-week Foundations program starts from mat-familiar movements and introduces the reformer one movement at a time, and the fully enclosed spring system and push-button resistance mean there is no exposed hardware or guesswork to manage while you learn.

Question 12

Does the Ultra 3 Reformer offer trainer-led coaching?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It pairs with iFIT Pro for trainer-led classes from beginner to advanced, led by Reform RX founder Yvette McGaffin and her team. The touchscreen displays your trainer alongside real-time Smart Spine tracking of your resistance and footbar position.
