How do I redeem these discounts?
- Click “Buy Now” on the select new machines you’re interested in purchasing.
- On the next screen, select a 1, 2 or 3-year iFIT Pro Membership (you’ll need a Pro Membership to access all of the new benefits like streaming services and Workout Creator)
- Select delivery, assembly, and removal of old equipment as your delivery method and click “Add to Cart”.
- In checkout, to receive the 25% off qualifying machines, $100 off iFIT annual membership, free shipping, set-up, and removal, enter your code you received via email or mail in the cart (before you proceed to checkout).
How do I know if I qualify for the trade-in program?
Most iFIT-enabled equipment purchased after 2022 or with a 10” or larger digital screen is compatible with the latest updates. If your machine was purchased prior to 2022, you may still benefit from some of the performance enhancements, but will not be able to access the full feature set and therefore may qualify for the trade-in program.

What if I have a non-Pro iFIT membership?
If you have an iFIT Train or other membership, you’ll need to contact our Member Care team via phone at 1-833-680-4348. You’ll be credited the remaining membership value, which will be applied to your new iFIT Pro Membership. Once you’ve upgraded, you’ll immediately unlock access to member features like streaming services, Workout Creator, and more.
