In honor of Global Running Day and to spice up your current workout routine, we have created the NordicTrack 100 Mile Challenge! Join us as we complete different runs across 7 continents, all over the USA, and in the studio with iFit® for the whole month of June.
In a 27-part compilation, your physical and mental fortitude will be tested as you work toward the lofty goal of running 100 cumulative miles before the end of the month. With an average distance of 3.7 miles each workout, this series will help keep you distracted and entertained as you quickly rack up the miles. Schedule the running series, and get your family* and friends to join you! Nothing like a little friendly competition to make things even more interesting.
