What is the NordicTrack Holiday Lowest Price Guarantee?

If you purchase equipment on NordicTrack.com between November 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025 @ 11:59 MST ("Price Match Window") and see a lower price for that equipment on NordicTrack.com at any point during the Price Match Window, call NordicTrack at 1-833-680-4348 and we'll refund you the difference between your original purchase price and the lower price ("Price Guarantee"). Price Guarantee applies to new, standalone equipment purchases only and excludes financing-only offers, limited-time coupon stacks, limited quantity doorbuster/lightening deals, bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, out of stock items, open box items, or refurbished items. Price Guarantee is not transferable or substitutable and may not be combined with other offers. Void where prohibited. NordicTrack reserves the right to end or modify the Price Guarantee at any time. NordicTrack shall not be responsible for any errors, including tech errors.

What products are eligible for the Holiday Lowest Price Guarantee?

Are NordicTrack products offered through other retailers, whether online or in store, eligible for the Holiday Lowest Price Guarantee?

No. Only products purchased on NordicTrack.com are eligible and only the products that are on sale.

If other retailers, whether online or in store, offer the same product I purchased at NordicTrack.com at a lower price, can I receive a refund for the price difference in accordance with the Holiday Lowest Price Guarantee?

No. Only products and prices listed on NordicTrack.com can be used as reference for the Holiday Lowest Price Guarantee.

How can I receive my eligible refund?

In order to receive the refund, you must contact NordicTrack Customer Service by calling 1-888-308-9616. In order to be eligible, you must call before 11:59 pm MST on December 1st, 2025.

How long will it take for the refund to be processed?

NordicTrack will make every effort to process refunds by no later than January 1, 2026 if purchased using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Gift Card. If you financed your purchase through a NordicTrack Financing credit line, the refund may take longer, depending on your financing agreement.

How will my refund be received?

Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. Gift card purchases will be reimbursed on the gift card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through NordicTrack Financing, refunds will be credited to the outstanding balance.
