What is the NordicTrack “Get It Before Christmas” Guarantee?
IIf you purchase qualifying, in-stock NordicTrack equipment with standard delivery on or before December 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST, and you do not receive that equipment at the shipping address provided by December 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST, you may be eligible for a $100 refund.
Which products qualify?
Qualifying products include in-stock NordicTrack equipment purchased through NordicTrack.com. Delivered to a non-P.O. Box address within the Continental U.S. Purchased on or before December 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Using standard delivery.
What is Standard Delivery? (Curbside/No Assembly)
Your product(s) will be delivered to the first place out of the weather if possible
The product is not delivered over any point that involves a stair.
There is no assembly provided.
Do NordicTrack products purchased through other retailers qualify?
No. Only NordicTrack equipment purchased directly from NordicTrack.com qualifies for this offer.
Under what circumstances does the guarantee NOT apply?
The offer is void if any of the following occur: delivery was attempted on or before December 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST. The carrier offered a delivery appointment on or before the deadline. Unforeseen circumstances outside of NordicTrack’s reasonable control that prevent on-time delivery, including but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters or severe weather, or prevent NordicTrack from meeting the delivery deadline. The shipping address is outside the Continental U.S. or is a P.O. Box.
How do I request my $100 refund?
You must contact the NordicTrack Customer Care team at 1-800-862-3348 no later than December 31, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. MST. Please have your order number ready when submitting your request. After this deadline, the offer expires, and refunds will no longer be issued.
How long will it take to receive the refund?
Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for refund processing.
How will my refund be issued?
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. If the purchase was financed, the refund will be applied to the remaining balance of the financing account.
Are there any additional terms?
The offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted.It cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. It cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
