What is the incline range on the X24 exercise bike?

-10% decline to 20% incline. With an iFIT membership, incline and resistance adjust automatically to follow your trainer's terrain. Without iFIT, you control both from the handlebars. No other NordicTrack bike model has incline and decline.

How many resistance levels does the X24 bike have?

24 levels of digital resistance. With an iFIT subscription, resistance adjusts automatically during workouts. You can also adjust it manually from the handlebars at any time.

Is the X24 bike good for beginners?

Yes. The 24 resistance levels range from very light recovery rides to high-intensity intervals. iFIT has beginner-friendly programs, and SmartAdjust sets intensity based on your current fitness level (a paid iFIT subscription is required to access these programs and features).

What screen size does the X24 bike have?

24 inches. The screen pivots for off-bike workouts including strength, yoga, and HIIT with iFIT trainers.
