Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping within Australia (Australian capital cities and major metro areas.) on all treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machines, weight machines, and ifit products listed on this website. If you have any concerns your delivery address is outside of our free network please call 1800 261 681 to check before ordering.
We do not deliver to islands.
The majority of deliveries will be carried out during business hours
Shipping Methods
We send small items via Australia Post and large items via courier transport.
Please note that products are shipped directly from our Sydney and Brisbane Logistics Providers and are not available for collection.
Delivery
Orders are normally shipped 1-2 business days from receiving payment.

- NSW Metro 3-5 business days

- ACT Metro 3-5 business days

Once your order has been dispatched from our Logistics centre, we will send an email to you with your order tracking number.
Our delivery company will be in contact with you by phone to organise a convenient time to deliver your product to your door. If you are unable to answer the phone when our delivery driver calls you, they will leave a message with their return phone number, and they will keep trying to contact you periodically to organise a suitable time for delivery.
The delivery company will only deliver the product to your door, unless special arrangements have been made, e.g. technician install.
In most cases, the delivery company will not deliver on the weekend or on public holidays.
Returns Policy
Defects: Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and iFIT’s Limited Warranty
Our goods come with mandatory Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
iFIT Health & Fitness Australia Pty Ltd (iFIT) also provides an additional Limited Warranty for its goods.

No change of mind returns
For non-defective goods, iFIT is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about your purchase.
Until further notice, iFIT will not provide a refund if you change your mind about your purchase.
If you return a product to us with a claim that it is defective, but iFIT finds that it is not defective, iFIT reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee to cover any freight costs it incurs. If iFIT provides you with a refund (despite having no obligation to do so), it also reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 10% of the original purchase price. This re-stocking fee includes labour, checking and repackaging of items, and administration time.
