iFIT is celebrating America's 250th Anniversary by bringing the country's most iconic National Parks into your workouts. Every month, new guided series drop across treadmill, incline trainer, and bike, each one filmed on location inside the parks themselves.
Starting August 3, every park comes with a challenge. Over the next year, you will be able to discover over 20 of America's top rated national parks and over 400 trails to explore. Complete the workouts, earn a digital reward, and watch your Trophy Case fill up as you move from park to park. Every challenge stays open until July 4, 2027, so you go at your own pace.
Here's every park available now, and what's coming next.
Olympic National Park
Treadmill and Incline Trainer
Olympic spans old-growth rainforest, rugged coastline, and steep mountain terrain — the kind of varied elevation that rewards a machine that can keep up. iFIT Trainer John Peel guides you through eight walk and hike workouts across those trails. The series ranges from steady-state walks to interval hikes, with enough variety to work for beginners and experienced hikers alike.

Arches National Park
Bike
Arches sits at high desert elevation with rolling terrain and relentless sun. The riding here is less about sustained climbs and more about power output and recovery — which maps directly to the interval structure Hannah Eden and Paulo Barreto built into this series. They lead six rides through the red rock landscape of Arches, from aerobic base rides to VO2 max intervals beneath Delicate Arch. The series builds across the six workouts, so it rewards riding in order.

Yosemite National Park
Treadmill
Yosemite's valley floor sits above 4,000 feet, with trails that climb sharply through granite canyon walls and dense pine forest. Leah Rosenfeld leads six hiking workouts across some of the park's most recognizable terrain. Built for anyone who wants to explore at elevation, this series takes you through iconic trails across six sessions.

Death Valley National Park
Bike
Death Valley is one of the flattest, hottest, and most exposed landscapes in the country — which makes it ideal for pure speed and interval work. Casey Gilbert leads six interval rides that push your cadence and power output against that backdrop. Expect workouts designed to challenge you at every fitness level.

How the Virtual Passport Works
Starting August 3, every National Park series on iFIT includes a challenge. As you complete workouts within a park's series, you work toward finishing the challenge for that park. Your progress updates automatically after each completed workout. Finish the challenge, and a digital reward appears permanently in your Trophy Case.
You can work toward multiple park challenges at the same time. Progress is tracked separately for each one. And finishing a challenge doesn't lock the workouts. You can go back and revisit any park as many times as you want.
All challenges stay open until July 4, 2027.
Your Trophy Case lives inside the iFIT app on your NordicTrack machine. Get the passport made for how you train: Tread, Bike, or the Complete Passport for every park.
Twenty parks. Hundreds of trails. One passport. Start exploring at iFIT.
