It was delivered yesterday. The box is big and heavy. We left it outside and took pieces in one at a time. It took two good friends to move the track into my home. Perfect for all levels of fitness

Received the bike about 3 weeks ago and have been enjoying it immensely! The pedal motion is incredibly smooth with a wide range of resistance. The adjusts easily; water bottle holder in exactly the right place and it is so easy to use, there are no more "excuses". I love being able plug in my iP... (Read more)

A Treadmill That Helps You Get Fit

I really enjoyed walking on this treadmill. It's very smooth. I was amazed at all the help you can get with this computerized system.
