Comments: The Ski workout is 95% aerobic, 5% anaerobic. (My estimate.) No pounding. Great for burning calories, keeping the "plumbing" working, strengthening the heart (tick, tick) muscle. It can be used any day (weather does not matter). No noise created. By elevating the front end and by skiing at a comfortable pace, you will burn-baby-burn that excess from your body. Also, the "runners' high" can be obtained without the pounding cost from running. I bought my first machine in 1995, been using it since. Age 66. Going for 120. This machine will help.
A classic in the home fitness world, the Classic Pro Skier is still a fan favorite for its effectiveness. Smooth, natural motion of Nordic skiing offers exercise without injury or discomfort, while adjustable resistance and elevation let you easily adjust the intensity of your workout. Independent resistance controls for the arms and legs give you training variety. The LED feedback window tracks time, distance calories burned and pulse.
