Comments: I received the X7I on January 23,2013. When the installers set it up,the treadmill was stuck in an incline position while it was calibrating. I called Nordic Track & was told that I needed a new console.They said it wouldn't be a problem because they had 25 in stock & I should receive it in 3-5 business days. Two days later I called to make sure the console was being sent & found out the consoles were on back order. Since nobody could tell me when a new console would be available,I asked to be sent a new treadmill. Two days after the new treadmill was installed, the same problem occurred with the incline being stuck.
