Comments: The machine we bought about a month ago turned out to be defective. We paid the extra $250 to have this treadmill delivered and assembled. The installers (third-party contractors) could not get it started but refused to take it back. The NordicTrack customer service rep I reached by phone told me to open the hood and start checking connections and so on. That's not what I paid the extra $250 for! At any rate, the treadmill is still in my house and still not working. At some point a technician stopped by and tried to fix it but could not. He ordered a spare part, which we are now patiently waiting for. Once it arrives, we will need to, once again, coordinate our schedules with the technician's (which will involve one of us having to take time off work, etc.), and hopefully he'll be able to fix it. If I knew what my shopping experience would be like, I would spend my money elsewhere. And by the way... now I see that the price for this machine went down significantly since we bought it, and we don't even have it working!
Somehow, we found a way to improve the award-winning Commercial 1750 treadmill. It still has the integrated tablet Powered by Android™ and built-in speakers for workout-inspiring sound. We kept the 1-Touch™ speed, incline and decline controls. It's got the same 3.50 CHP commercial motor for quiet, smooth treadmill training. What's new? Runners Flex™ adjustable cushioning, our most innovative deck cushioning, an integrated iPad® holder, and awe-inspiring HD video workouts.
