Comments: I was excited to buy this treadmill! Assembly was more time consuming than difficult and running on it was a delight. Additionally, I enjoyed iFit! However, after a week and a half of using the machine, it began to break down. the top cover popped off where it meets the belt (not a part that the consumer assembles), the belt began to stutter and slide to the side. I called customer on three occasions for assistance. Each representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, none of the fixes worked. The last straw came when the belt stopped moving completely. I could hear the motor running but nothing was happening. Though i loved the machine (when it was operational), all of this within the first two weeks of use did not bode well at all. I've just called to return it and get a refund. I plan to purchase another Nordictrack treadmill soon and hope that I don't get another lemon. The fact that I'm willing to purchase another speaks to service i received form Nordictrack and how much I enjoy their products.
