Comments: Wow. What HORRIBLE customer service. I was so excited to order the X9I, however, I was concerned about the number of reviews that said that it took too long to arrive. I decided to take the chance and ordered the machine on April 3rd. I specifically asked the rep about the delay in shipping and was told that was due to a backorder issue that had since been resolved. He assured me I would receive my X9I in two weeks. Well two weeks came and went. I called Nordictrack and the new rep I spoke with said that there was a delay due to my credit card company (not true) and that it would ship immediately. I did get a shipping confirmation two days later with a broken link to track the shipment. After a week I called Noridictrack back. They told me that the machine should arrive at the shipping dock by April 26th and most likely I would get a call to schedule for delivery for that day. The 26th came and went. I finally got a text from the shipping company confirming delivery on May 9th between 2:30 and 6:30pm. I took the day off of work. I just received a phone call from the shipping company - the arrived at the dock and the machine is not there! They will call me back to reschedule. Are you KIDDING ME?? I have now been on hold with Nordictrack customer service for 40 minutes! Right now I just want my money back. What a waste of time and energy this has been!!
