Comments: Very sturdy, love the ventilation material across the upper chest. Thought it was too large for my petite frame, but I got used to it after a few weeks. Also, it fit better as I added more weights. Best when you balance the weights evenly, front and back...side to side. Start with few weights and build up to about 10 per cent of your body weight.
