Comments: The clock mount always falls off when you move it around but aside from that, the stepper is a great work out if you commit yourself to doing it for an extended period of time. Use the straps and you'll start sweating before you know it. Great to plop down in front of the PC or the TV and watch something while you're doing it otherwise it would be quite boring. This is an A+ workout at a cheap price but you gotta be committed cuz it will kick your butt.
