Comments: I have an eliptical and I go to the gym to lift weights. But I have to come home and exercise on the skier if I want to have a good heart pulse rate. Based on exercise experience and based on the fact that I know muscles very well (I am a massage therapist who knows anatomy and kinesiology)I can tell that there is no other machine, neither will another one be invented, that will be better than the skier for improving the heart pulse rate and for developing a healthy heart. I am writing this comment so everyone can buy or used a skier for exercising the heart. You will never regret as I do not regret. Lisa
