Comments: Excellent piece of workout equipment. I have used basically everything, and always come back to Nordic track. Gained a lot of weight in college and took off 45 pounds using the Nordic track skier. Legs and arms toned up tremendously. Blood pressure lowered as well as heart rate. Don't waste money on gym memberships or regular treadmills. This is the BEST!
