Comments: Love this workout. I have an incline trainer and the intensity of the workout is perfect and my favorite part is Jillian's motivational words. She really does push me to do my best and motivate me to challenge myself and finish strong each workout. The only problem is her commentary is not exactly in line with the variations in incline and speed. When the cool down begins she might say, "let's get ready to push it" or, when the incline is increasing, she might say "you deserve a break, you've earned it" for me, this makes it kind of fun and unexpected- what will she say next? But I can see how it might be irritating too. Overall though, it's proven to be a great purchase, and one that is causing me to be consistent in my workouts.
