Comments: If you have joint problems or back problems, this is the exercise machine for you. I have had a broken right leg, a broken left foot & ankle, and a slipped disc in my upper back...and this workout is gentle on my joints but intense enough to give me the workout my body needs. My stamina is building in just a months time. I already take less ibuprofen now then when I started. As far as putting the machine together, my 16 & 12 year old did it for me as a surprise while I was at work- no problem, I just tightened up a few places.
