Comments: Over the past forty years I have owned three Nordic Tracks. Great workout. I use them hard. Keeps me in good physical condition. Father and grandfather died by age 63 from coronary. I will outlive them primarily due to this machine. One suggestion: On all models I've owned, the leg tension tends to increase on it's own, sometimes surpassing 20 pounds resistance. Oiling cable attachement helps, but only temporary fix. Frustrating! For this "old man", 20 pounds is just too demanding. Only concern I have. Obviously, I am pleased. I would't keep purchasing them if I wasn't.
A classic in the home fitness world, the Classic Pro Skier is still a fan favorite for its effectiveness. Smooth, natural motion of Nordic skiing offers exercise without injury or discomfort, while adjustable resistance and elevation let you easily adjust the intensity of your workout. Independent resistance controls for the arms and legs give you training variety. The LED feedback window tracks time, distance calories burned and pulse.
