Comments: I just completed the best customer service experience in my life. Not that I would have wanted to have any issue with my NordicTrack treadmill, but to have the issue (a billing error) resolved so quickly and so completely is, in my mind, an unexpected advantage to doing business with them. Their representative was patient, intelligent, polite, and, most of all, productive. Great product, great price, terrific service--what a novel concept!
