Comments: I've had this treadmill for less than a year and I had to get it serviced twice. The 1st time the motor went out and this time it blew a circuit (sparks flew every where). The 1st time it took them about 3 weeks to get it fixed and this time around I'm looking at probably a month or more. I asked if they can just replace the machine they said no the had to go through protocol at this point I don't think I will buy another NordicTrack. Just to much of a hassle to get it fixed and to many problems with for just having it for less than a year. But one thing is for sure when it was running properly its a awesome machine. If I just can get it replace with a new one I would be happy.
