Comments: I've had my Nordic Track Pro for over 25 years and it has undoubtedly been the best exercise equipment investment I have ever made. Although there have been some occasional dormant periods, I still use it fairly regularly (3 to 5 days per week)and the durability of the equipment has been outstanding. I have used it for general fitness, conditioning for nordic skiing, alpine skiing, ice hockey, hiking, and most any activity that can be enhanced by developed physical endurance. The only parts I have ever had to replace are the friction pads on the arm exercise fly wheel. The service rep told me to occasionally oil the new ones them with 3-in-1 oil and they will be fine; and they have been. The waist cushion may need some attention in that it has a couple of seam tears, but hey, it's over 25 years old! Regular maintenance with cleaning the skiing track flywheel, wiping off perspiration (because you will sweat), and using the equipment properly have been keys to my NordicTrack still going strong. If you buy it, use it. If you use it, I think you'll be pleased with how you feel.
A classic in the home fitness world, the Classic Pro Skier is still a fan favorite for its effectiveness. Smooth, natural motion of Nordic skiing offers exercise without injury or discomfort, while adjustable resistance and elevation let you easily adjust the intensity of your workout. Independent resistance controls for the arms and legs give you training variety. The LED feedback window tracks time, distance calories burned and pulse.
