Comments: I had the same experience as others--no problem setting up, but couldn't figure out how to get the pedals to move. Nordic Track referred me to Weidner, who makes the stepper. The solution is easy: loosen the tension by turning the knob counter clockwise until the cable on the pulley is very slack. Then manually lift the heel end of one pedal until it is the distance you want from the other pedal and tighten the knob clockwise. This product really needs a full owners manual or DVD, as opposed to the skimpy guide that includes only instructions to connect accessories and a list of parts. I have only just tried the stepper, but I can already say: it has a sturdy construction, works quietly and smoothly and definitely raises your heart rate quickly. I felt good resistance and a low impact on my joints and back. It is very easy to balance on, with or without using the straps.
Shape and tone your entire body using this stepper and resistance training. This enjoyable, effective and low-impact workout will help you burn fat, tone muscle and shape up your figure.
