Comments: I loathe swimming. Despise running. Abhor dance videos. But this, I love. I can read or watch tv or even daydream (I'm that good at it). And if a 55+ year old woman can do this, you can too. Because you're probably younger or at least you haven't had my 3 spinal fusions, five knee surgeries, three foot surgeries and 2 rotator cuff surgeries. All of my orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists (who comprises quite a group) recommend this machine. Because of it I can still cross-country ski. Tackle football is still out, but at my age, 5'4", it probably wasn't in the cards for me anyway.
A classic in the home fitness world, the Classic Pro Skier is still a fan favorite for its effectiveness. Smooth, natural motion of Nordic skiing offers exercise without injury or discomfort, while adjustable resistance and elevation let you easily adjust the intensity of your workout. Independent resistance controls for the arms and legs give you training variety. The LED feedback window tracks time, distance calories burned and pulse.
