Treadmill Incline Range Of -3% To 15% Leg-Shaping Workout

Not many residential treadmills outside of the NordicTrack Commercial treadmill line have an incline range of -3% to 15%. This kind of incline range is great, not only for tough leg-centric workouts, but also helps simulate hill training.

This particular 20-minute leg-shaping workout utilizes the decline range as well as the incline to work more of the muscles in your legs.
