While these workouts don’t take up much of your valuable morning, they can have a significant impact on your day. Beginner 10-minute Jump-Starting Treadmill Workout

We like to recommend that everyone start with a beginner 10-minute treadmill workout. Even if you are a regular runner, the beginner workout will give you a baseline to gauge if you are ready for the other workouts.

Be sure you wear the treadmill safety clip as you do speed exercises on a treadmill, as some runners have misjudged their footing while performing and have tripped.

The advanced 10-minute workouts focus on the treadmill incline feature to pack in the intensity. Using a NordicTrack Incline Trainer would be best when performing these workouts. If you do not have an Incline Trainer, then set your treadmill to the highest incline setting you have available.
