"I bought a NordicTrack 3000 ski machine in 1995. Unfortunately I tore a tendon in my shoulder, and it has been operated on three times, and is now unoperable. The NordicTrack is the only form of rehabilitation that my shoulder can support. As a chiropractor, I highly recommend this as a form of rehab for shoulder problems. Do you have a Swiss distributor? If not, I would love to market your machine here in Europe. I would suggest fixing your website so that foreign countries can contact you."
– Larry T., Bulle, Switzerland
NordicTrack Europe comming soon!

"I purchased my Nordic ski machine 19 years ago after I had my first son to lose my baby weight. I have since had two more sons, they are now 20, 18, and 16 and still use my Nordic 2 to 5 times a week depending on my dedication. It is a wonderful workout and I have never had one problem with my machine!!!"
– Angie F., Charlotte, NC

"1 year ago I received my NordicTrack 3000R treadmill - it was my birthday present for my 40th birthday. I am 6'4" and weighed 245. The year before I had weighed 266 and lost 21 lbs just by eating better but couldn't get below 245. I started off slowly but was able to increase my workouts to 4 to 5x a week at 3 miles a workout. I have dropped 35 lbs in 9 months and am holding steady at 210 lbs - I definitely couldn't have done it without my NordicTrack treadmill. Thanks for a great product."
– Tim T., Portland, OR

"In 1992 i was a Detective for the Sheriffs Department in Citrus county Florida, while making an arrest I had a blood vessel burst in my brain I lapsed into a comma for a month and a half before having 2 brain surgeries and awakening a total invalid. Over time I overcame all of my physical deficits but in May of 2007 I found my self at 5ft 8in tall and 250 lb, my blood pressure going up once again, along with a host of other problems. I made the decision to purchase one of your tread mills and that has been almost one year ago. Since that time, I have lost over fifty pounds, I'm off blood pressure medicine, and feel great. I have put many miles on it since when I first started and was only able to go for short distances Now I run about 60 minutes - 6 miles daily. It has been a great investment for my health. Thank you, Richard Martin"
– Richard Martin, Crystal River, FL

"I am 76 and a tennis player. Lower back pain started about a half year ago. An X-Ray showed a twisted spine. Chiropractic treatments helped, but didn't cure the problem. I read about back pain cure on the internet, and an inversion table was recommended. Several models were tried in showrooms. I liked the Nordic Track best, so I bought one from Sears. It has been several months, and every time I get a back pain - usually from sleeping - I am on it. My back pain disappears. Since I am a snowbird, I am going to get one for my New Jersey home to match the one I have in Florida. I'm sold!!!"
– Rae H., Palm Harbor, FL

"I haven't used my NordicTrack Classic Pro Skier much in years... you know... too busy running my own company, kids, no time, etc., etc. We'll, for the first time ever, I found my motivation going down and my weight creeping up and it finally broke 200 pounds as I at least watch my weight. Wow-for me-201 pounds and now that is it I thought! I'm going to use my NordicTrack again as it helped me some 10 years ago as I was (at that time) exceeding my maximum weight (the most I'd ever let myself get to) at that time too. We'll, for the second time in my life, my NordicTrack came through with some extra help from watching my diet a little more this past 10 days as well. So now, I sit here before you, rather sweaty from my workout tonight and I can tell you as of my weight this morning, I have lost 7 pounds in 10 days and that doesn't even include my record breaking workout tonight! Plus, I just feel better in both body and spirit too! So, at 43, now back down to 194 pounds and most likely even less than that now, I'm not stopping and I'm heading down to 185 pounds! Furthermore, I'm keeping the dust off my NordicTrack as we're rekindling our relationship together again. It's been too long and I hope my wife doesn't get too jealous! Once she see's what I've done, (and she's already noticed) I'm sure it will make her get back on her NordicTrack Ellipse that also has been collecting dust!"
– Robert Butler, Brunswick, OH

"My Dad has used your NordicTrack ski machine for nearly 20 years now. His cardiovascular fitness level at 68 years old is equivalent to that of someone 25 years younger."
– John L., Arlington, VA

"In 1991 I was in a car accident, I had many injuries, one being a fractured dislocated right ankle. After rehab was unable to walk without the use of a cane or crutches, I had a lot of pain in my ankle. Some mornings I dreaded placing my feet on the floor because I knew the pain would be awful. My physician told me that I probable would always need a cane. I went to a specialist who said he could fuse my bones to alleviate the pain but I would always have a limp. I decided I would only do such a thing when the pain became so unbearable that I would not put my feet on the ground. Needless to say, I was putting on some pounds and I needed to come up with "something" to help me exercise, something aerobic, but I would not be able to "pound" on my feet and ankles. I purchased a used ski machine from the local bulletin. I hoped the sliding motion would be more gentle yet aerobic enough to be effect exercise. Some days I would get on the machine and the pain in my ankle was so bad, I could barely slide my foot back. I could hear the cracking and popping of the stiff muscles as they were resisting the range of motion. Suddenly I didn't needed my cane as often. I persisted, it got easier, I stayed on longer, it was working. I didn't limp everyday, I didn't have pain every morning. In no time I was even dancing! No one would ever know that I had once been told I would always need a cane. When I moved I gave my used ski machine to a friend because I wanted to buy a newer model. I never replaced my ski machine and when I decided to check your site for pricing I saw the opportunity to share my story. I've always wanted to share my story with you. Thank you."
– Sandra Sandeford, Pace, FL

"After a job related knee injury in 1993, I purchased my Nordic Track Pro. I have used it on a regular basis the past fourteen years. The Nordic Track has kept me in excellent physical condition. At 48 years old, I Nordic Track four days a week for fifty minutes. What a great workout. I have been successful in maintaining my overall health due to my Nordic Track workout routine."
– John Banick, Oakdale, MN

"When I gave birth to my second child, I weighed in at 175lb on my 5ft frame. I was still wearing maternity jeans and oversized clothes when the baby was 6 months old, and I still weighed 155 pounds!!!! Finally, one day in Jan 2007, I saw the commerical for the NordicTrack Spacesave Cx1000. I knew I had to get it! With limited space in my house, this was perfect. Plus, this is low impact and I have a bad ankle from a severe break years ago. This machine made total sense because running was out of the question. Finally, my motivation kicked in and I got moving after it sat in my living room for two months. I stuck with it, drank lots of water, crystal light and ate healthy for the most part. I lost 36 POUNDS!!! I went from a size 14 jean to a 4 and I feel so much better and look AWESOME. I'm soo glad I got this machine. It was the best decision I could have made. I got my health back and I'm lighter now than before I got pregnant!!!!"
– Camille Katsoris, Girardville, PA

"I suffer from RLS (restless legs} I have had to take Reguip to stop the leg movement. I was taking 3 pills a day, at a cost of about $6.00 per day. The very first day that I used the 990 Elliptical my legs stopped jumping and I could get a full nights rest. I have been using the 990 for 2 weeks and so far I have not had to take the Requip. I HOPE THIS WILL CONTINUE"
– Mert West, Golden, CO

– Robert Dover, Clover, SC

"I was diagnosed with Type 2 dibetes on 9/26/2007, my doctor recomended me to start excesising 40 minutes a day, I already had a Noric Treadmill and I listened to what he told me. I have just added a Nordic bike to my training and I just received my results after working out for 7 weeks, I lost 28 pounds and all my blood work came back and I now do not have type 2 I brought all my bloodwork down into the normal range. I credit this too the great workout gear and my doctor. I also have had a pacemaker for 40 years I am know 44 and my cardioligist is so happy cause I lowered my blood pressure dow 20 points. Thanks NordicTrack"
– Robert Pelletier, Torrington, CT

"In Jan of this year 07 I charged a treadmill for myself and I charged one for my parents. I hadnt worked out in over ten years and I decided I was going to get the most use out of it. At this point right now I have run about three hundred miles on it so far and I have lost twenty nine pounds. I started training for a boxing match again after many years. My cholesterol numbers have came down and before I got my treadmill I was borderline diabetic. Now I am far away from getting that as well. My parents use theirs but not near as much as I do. Hopefully in the future they will step it up. I also bought a NordicTrack bike too. Thanks NordicTrack. I think you have the best equipment!"
– Michael Wright, Kokomo, IN

"Walking the treads of your fantastic mill have lost me 67 pounds--now man oh man--life is beautiful! "
– Patrica Bruckner, NJ

"In 2002 I had double hip replacement. In my younger years I would run up to 5+ miles a day and played tennis and basketball--I wore out my hips. After surgery I could no longer exercise in that manner. I gained over 50 lbs. In 2004 I started using a Nordictrack treadmill. The incline and adjustable speed made walking a low impact exercise. I lost the 50 lbs in 4 months and felt great. I have a newer Nordictrack treadmill now and continue on a daily basis to maintain my weight and health. Wayne age 66"
– Wayne F. Elberta, AL

"I love the reflex design on my Nordic Track treadmill. This is the only type of treadmill I will own. It cushions so much more than a traditional treadmill it's hard to explain. You have to try it for yourself. Don't stop making this treadmill!"
– David R. Goose Creek, SC

"I bought a nordicTrack ski machine about 13 yrs. ago-I still use it almost every day. I love it! I have kept my shape after 3 children, and 13 years. New moms always ask me how I do it, and I say, "simple-I get on my nordicTrack!"
– Teresa Y. Loveland, CO

"I have had high cholesterol all of my life due to inheriting it from my father. I have dieted, taken vitamins, and taken statins with little or no success. My cholesterol with medication normally will stay within the 300 range for total cholesterol. I have been using a Nordictrack ski machine for the past six months, five days a week for 20 minutes. I recently had my cholesterol checked and it is 224! This is unbelievable! It has never been this low! I tell anyone I know that is having problems with their cholesterol to try this machine. It's simply the best workout I have ever had and fun! Thank you."
– Brandy S. Columbia, MO

"First of all, I have lost 40 lbs since October 1st by simply walking/running, watching my total caloric intake and especially my carb intake. This would not have been possible had it not been for my NordicTrack treadmill. I ordered it directly off the website, which was very nicely laid out and informative, and it arrived within a week in a giant box weighing close to 350 lbs. The machine was a godsend since I could not afford club style equipment, but I wanted to get into shape with a durable solution. Back in September, my family physician diagnosed me with Type 2 Diabetes and I weighed 268 lbs. I searched and searched for potential solutions that could fit my pocketbook and my hectic schedule. I had no time for gyms and needed a good home solution. Your treadmill with the built-in TV was the best solution. The machine is durable and functions perfectly after putting 400 miles (4 miles/day now) on it since October 1st, 2006. I am very happy with my purchase in all respects. I now weight in at approx. 228 lbs with a about 20 more to go for my target at my height of 6 ft. My latest checkup with the physician was a surprise to him since my cholesterol went down from 180 to 120 (ldl was down to 67), my triglycerides went from 300 to 87, my blood pressure went from 130/90 to 115/78, and my resting heart rate went from 90 to 76. P.S. I have also gained approx 13 lbs of muscle mass in the process. Thanks and keep up the good work."
– Jack R. Plymouth, MI

"After perusing all the documentation I could get a hold of, I decided on purchasing the NordicTrack Audio Rider R400. I've faithfully using it for the past three (3) weeks now and can honestly say I think the bike is great, and I've already lost fourteen (14) pounds. Living in the Pacific Northwest, the climate is not condusive to riding outdoors most of the time, so I decided on the indoor bike. Just visited my doctor last week and he said my blood pressure & blood sugar levels have dropped significantly. He told me to keep up the good work and I plan on doing so. The bike is so easy to put together and the step-thru design is great for the 'wobbly-legs' when you finish a good hard work out. Highly recommended purchase."
– Sherman B., Renton, WA

"I have owned a NordicTrack Pro for about 21 years. I used it mostly in the winter when I first got it but now I use it year round and gave up jogging because my knees don't bother me when I use the NordicTrack. I have maintained my weight at about 180 (I'm 6 feet tall). I have maintained my NordicTrack and I need to order my third set of roller clutches. I still feel there is no better all round body exerciser that is better than the original NordicTrack ski machine."
– Dwight H., Overland Park, KS

"At the age of 35 I was informed that I would have to stop doing an activity that I loved, long distances running. Both of my knees had serious damage to them and finally I was told that running was out of the question and walking normally would be a goal to reach for. After 17 major operations and ten years and two artifical knees I am able to walk normally as well as participate in non running activities. The reason why I am writting is because after each operation I would get on my nordic track and workout to help me to recover both mentally and physically. I am now 47 years old, hold a black belt in tae kwon do and do 80 minutes a day on my nordic track. In this time I have gone through 2 nordic tracks. I am now saving up to purchase a new elliptical machine, but before I did that I just thought that I would like to thank you for having a machine that has helped me so much to get through some tough years. Thank you."
– Dan M., Deerfield, MA

"Hi Nordic Track, Over a decade ago, I bought one of your first a ski machines. It, along with changes in diet, was instrumental in my dropping from 210 pounds to 165 in slightly over 4 months. After that, I moved to the west coast where I focused almost entirely on running. The weather rarely kept me from running so the Nordic Track ended up in storage but I never got rid of it. I'm now 48 years old. I've kept the weight off easily enough but I've moved to upstate New York where the weather is, well, often less agreeable. My running distance has lessened as I've aged and the experts say the solution is "cross training." So I found the Nordic Track in the basement, cleaned it up and set it back up. After years of use and 9 years in storage, it still works...even the timer and the speed monitor. Amazing! And I had forgotten what a great workout it is. I probably told you this many years ago but, again, thanks. This is good stuff!"
– Brian G., age 48

"I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am with the c-2420 treadmill. I have been a Nordic Track fan for 20 years and this treadmill I purchased last year is wonderful! My husband and I travel and stay in hotels frequently. When we go to the gym we are always disappointed with the treadmills (Precor) because they feel like we are running on cement. The action cushioning of this treadmill is remarkable and the fans make running so enjoyable-Thank you! (If you ever need a test person for a product please consider me.)"
– Chris E., Farmington, MO

"I've had three children (4, 2, 1) in the last four years. I ended up at a size 16 after they were born. I purchased a NordicTrack Treadmill and began running (well I began by walking). I was determined not to be a size 16 Mom. No way. One year after my last child, I am now a size 6 and could not be happier. I owe it all to my NordicTrack Treadmill and determination. I would love more variety in my workout. Adding another fitness machine (stair climber or elliptical) would give me more variety. Thank you!"
– Christy W., Nashville, TN

"I've been using the NordicTrack Pro Ski Machine 3 - 4 days a week for almost 14 years - I'm 58 years old and in better shape than I was in my 20s! My resting heart rate is in the 40s and my weight (175) is the same as it was when I was 18. I cannot imagine how I would feel if I stopped using my NordicTrack (and hope I never have to find out!). Thank you for this wonderful product."
– David D., Winter Park, FL

"When I bought my Nordic Track Pro, I weighed 192 pounds and was out of shape. I have used the unit for many years and I now weigh 160 pounds. By using the Pro, I have gradually increased my energy level. I have taken up running as a result of the increased energy. My doctor advised me that he is pleased to see me take control of my health and I thank you for the Nordic Track Pro. It is the best workout device I have ever used. "
– Brad W., Mechanicsburg, PA

"I have been using a Nordic Track since 1994. Running became too strenuous on my legs. I bought my first Nordic Track, beat the heck out of it (four times per week) over six years, bought my second one, and am working on my third one. It is easy to adjust the resistance, so if I don't feel like a hard workout, I drop the resistance and take a little break. It is relatively quiet and I can use it at my convenience, no matter what time it is or what the weather is like. A great way to control blood pressure and reduce heart beat...ask my doctor!"
– Dennis K., Hickory, NC

"I bought a Nordic Track 530 pro in 1989 and have used it at least 1-3x per week alternating with a rowing machine and bicycle. It is easy on the feet and joints, yet helps achieve a good heart rate and conditioning for my favorite winter sport of cross country skiing. I was 35 when I started using it and am now 52 and can still keep up the pace. I just wore out the cord for the arm tension control and have had no other technical problems with it in 18 years"
– Debra P., Media, PA

"Across the United States...and halfway back! We purchased our EXP 2000 XI treadmill in May of 2002. In the time since, my wife and I have put close to 5,000 miles on it. That's the equivalent of running across the United States and halfway back. Keeping it clean, and with normal maintenance, our NordicTrack treadmill has functioned flawlessly, day after day. There's not even any noticeable wear on the treadbelt. And the results? At 52, I seem permanently to have lost four inches from my waistline, when I thought I was fit before! And I have more endurance enjoying Idaho's great outdoors than my two sons, ages 16 and 20. I get a superb cardiovascular workout in the comfort of my home, without having to worry about the weather, hazards on the street, or the traffic. I'm more consistent, because it's more convenient. And my NordicTrack treadmill has proven to be dead-on reliable. I don't know how many times we'll "cross the country" on our NordicTrack before it shows any wear at all, but I'm looking forwarding to finding out."
– Greg G., Pocatello, ID

"I lost 30 pounds using the treadmill as part of an weekly exercise regimen. Thanks to it's built in features, many miles were accumulated over snowy winter months without boredom."
– Elizabeth W., Moon Twp, PA

"I was diagnosed with heart disease and had stents installed in my heart in 1998. I purchased a NordicTrack Powertread 2000 at that time to rehabilitate. The stents helped but new heart bypass surgical procedures developed in recent years made me a candidate and in Dec 2005, I had the bypass surgery. The surgeons were very pleased with my heart conditioning (a well developed ancillary artery network) and in fact, one week after surgery I was back on my Powertread 2000 and still work out every day for 30 minutes."
– Walter S., Apple Valley, MN

"In November, I had a blood test and my sugar level was at 136. I started watching what I ate at that time, but in January, I also started using my NordicTrack treadmill to help me lose weight and lower my sugar level. Although I started by walking about 40 minutes a day, six days a week, I was only going 1.5 mph. Since then, I've increased the speed to 3.2 mph. I usually walk everyday and at least three days a week, I walk for 60 minutes. Between watching what I eat and the treadmill, I've lost 90 pounds since last November. My sugar level is now under 95 and my blood pressure has improved. I still have about 60 pounds to lose, but I'm so much healthier and feel so much better today than I did a year ago."
– Tammy S., Fort Wayne, IN

"About 15 years ago I began spending 30 minutes a day on a classic NordicTrack ski machine. I have faithfully continued this regimen. In these 15 years I have worn out 2 NordicTracks. 7 years ago I underwent an aortocoronary bypass. The NordicTrack allowed me to get back in shape following this surgery. I am now 69 and continue to fish in the mountains of Colorado and New Mexico, where a considerable amount of hiking at 7 or 8 thousand feet is required to get to the streams. I believe the Nordic Track has allowed me to stay active."
– Robert H., Amarillo, TX

"6 years ago I lost 85 pounds and I owe part of that success to my NordicTrack EXP1000 I started with a walking program and gradually began running now I run 5 miles every day and just bought my 2nd NordicTrack — the 2150. Thanks NordicTrack for helping me maintain my goals."
– Shereen A., Clayton, NC

"Just received and changed out a new front plate for my NordicTrack ski machine. The machine is used every day by wife and I. This is our third one purchased in November 2003 and have had two before that going back many years when we were living in WI. Love the ski machine over the belts and do hope they will be available for many years. Would not think of buying any other type of exercising machine."
– Jordan

"We purchased your treadmill and exercise bike three years ago. My husband needed to walk to help reduce his cholesterol and lose weight since his heart attack. He now walks/jogs 7-8 miles daily. He has lost 30lbs and lowered his cholesterol count under 70. He couldn't have accomplished this by simply walking outside (climate and road conditions are not favorable). We are definitely pleased with the purchase of both your products. They have proven their durability these past years. Great products."
– Nora A., Ulster Park, NY

"Since I've had my Reflex treadmill, I've had no problems with my knees."
– James, age 48

"I love to run, however I have exercise induced asthma, so I definitely had limitations - in experimenting with an elliptical - within 5 months I lost 59 lbs. I went from a size 12 to a size 6. At first I couldnt handle ten minutes on an elliptical, now I can watch my favorite shows and not even realize I am on it!"
– Amber Lyon, Tooele, UT

"I have owned my NordickTrack skier for over 20 years. I am 70 years old, and work out on my unit 3 to 5 days per week, 30 minutes, and get my heart rate up to 145+- average. I feel great. Everyone marvels at my physical condition."
