The delivery was on time, and in good condition. Heavy box left in garage. I opened the box, took it piece by piece to my basement. Installation took about 2 hours. Needed help when connecting wires, but otherwise quite easy with the instructions. Apply grease as instructed to make it smooth. Be careful not to pinch wires when tightening the screws on the display. There is a part that has 2 arms connected with a joint. When working on the bottom arm that goes to the pedals, be careful with the other arm which can fall down & hit your head. It happened to me...painful with a slight swelling. One of the covers did not fit perfectly, but still served its purpose. Once installed the machine was awesome, very quiet and smooth, 20 resistence levels, nice display. Wife loved it. The Details for this machine does not mention the upper arm workout, but it does have one. Definitely would recommend this product.
