We have owned this treadmill for a year and a half and have enjoyed many workouts. From the first day the heart rate monitor did not work properly-I had read that in other reviews; but other than that it has been a great treadmill. It has about been used 3-4 days a week by two people and still runs great. The preset workouts are great when you don't want to think about self adjusting your workouts. My teenagers use the speaker system to listen to their mp3's.
