This machine took some time getting used to. When I first jumped on it I couldn't believe how strong the vibration was. Then, I starting doing push ups and couldn't believe the effect it had on my chest and triceps. They really were getting worked hard and really fatiqued them quite quickly. After a week or so I got used to the feeling and can't believe I waited so long to buy this machine. For a quick workout, this machine does it.
