This machine is wonderful for the price. I have never seen a vibration machine for under $300 dollars and this machine is ever bit as good as the ones you see for $3,000 dollars. The console isn't the fanciest, but I love the fact that i can do push ups, squats and numerous ab workouts on this machine without any problems. It works my muscles unlike anything i have ever done before.
