This machine is pretty good. It definetely isn't a machine that will replace your entire workout due to the fact that you can't perform a ton of lifts. However, you can do the basic - push ups, squats, dips, crunches and let me tell you the workout is great. It truly works your muscles a lot harder and faster making for a much quicker, intense workout. It is also great for a strecthing machine as it totally loosens up your entire body and feels unbelievable.
