This is one machine that I would have to say you will not believe what it does until you try it. At first I was a bit sketchy but after I tried one at the gym and then found this one for $5,000 dollars cheaper I had to at least give it a try and with the risk free guarantee I wasn't out anything. I have had it now for about a month and i cannot believe this machine. It is ever bit as good as the one at the gym and I have truly seen a difference in my strength gains and my soreness. I always get on the machine in the morning when wake up and do a few push ups and dips and the workout is amazing. I only am on it for 10 minutes and my muscles are worn out. This machine is simply great - i love it.
