This machine is simply amazing. Every morning when I wake up my back and neck are very stiff and I am in quite a bit of pain. It wasn't until I got the Activator that pain went away. Everday I simply get out of bed, go get on the activator and do a wide variety of stretches and my pain is gone. The only thing i wish is that I found this machine ten years ago. I absolutely love it.
