I had one problem with the first one which was repaired with no questions asked. The second one had a motor failure at 3200 miles. I did not hesitate one minute to order a third treadmill from Nordictrack. So far this machine has been the best yet. You can take it on a Sunday morning stroll or climb out of the Grand Canyon every day if you like. It's very quiet and smooth. An excellent value.
