I picked up a seldom-used E2500 treadmill from a friend who was moving for next to nothing. Upon reading the manual and seeing the wireless heart rate monitor as an option, I decided to get it with all the money I saved.It's been a great addition to my workout, tailoring the routines to me as opposed to excercising blindly. Installing the receiver into the treadmill wasn't terribly involved either. Just strap on the monitor and the treadmill "sees" your heart rate and handles the rest.I would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking to get the most out of their exercise equipment.
